Camping Le Large

The campsite Le Large is located between the cities of Lyon and Bourg-en-Bresse in a campaign called the Dombes known for its thousand ponds and its birds. The surroundings are appreciated by professional or budding ornithologists and fishing enthusiasts.

Landscaped and tree-lined sites equipped with electric terminals are provided for your tent, caravan or camper. A drain area is provided for the last ones.

In rental you will find mobile homes very well maintained on flowered plots because here we love nature and we respect it.

On site everything is provided for your comfort: mailbox, television, evenings with themes, hot water at will (but respecting the ecology). A large 16m x 7m swimming pool will delight the whole family on hot days. Children will enjoy a playground and athletes will spend time in the bowling alley, table tennis or on the volleyball court. In the evening everyone can meet for moments of conviviality during themed evenings.

A 5 min is located "The Bird Park" which offers a world tour with 2500 birds but observe them freely will be more appreciable. You will stay in an environment dotted with pond, the Dombes, where the birds live so take your binoculars and go hiking.

A few kilometers from interesting heritage cities open their doors as Pérouges, Ars-sur-Fromans and its basilica, the monastery of Brou or Lyon with its traffic jams and its famous hill Fourvières.
