"A pleasant and relaxing campsite"

I stay at camping Chassezac for 10 years and for nothing in the world I will not change! If you are looking for a quiet, warm campsite with a family atmosphere then this campsite is just perfect !! The setting is very nice: swimming pool, river, playground, various sports activities etc ... The competent and responsive staff ready to meet your needs. Next year I'm going back.

The campsite Le Chassezac is well located at the edge of a river and the photo really makes you want (Like MacDo) but as Macdo there is a difference between advertising and reality. We arrived at this campsite and direction the home for the key of the mobile home that we had rent from Saturday 2 to August 16, 2014. The quilt of our rental was what we can call disgusting forces to go to Super U for to sleep properly. The river is calm during the day but at night the tragedy of the noise until 4 or 5 o'clock in the morning to see some evening the young people who had come back to alcoholize shout screaming we wondered with my husband if there was not a beat in the campsite. The entertainment was 0 but even to tell you question for a champion went for a festival next to their "animation" .on had the same during the 2 weeks c was barbant But the height the 2 ladies of the home are very cold until the day of payment and the big smile ... so we do not recommend this campsite which has 3 stars me personally I will give him only one

Standard 3 star campsite - We went 2 weeks in July - August 2014 .--- Positive points: Family type - animators yes but not enough means - Small and often cool pool see very cool and no paddling pool for our very little ones who were frustrated - Snack: very good kitchen - sanitary accessible and clean - - Negative points: camping very sensitive to the rains (lands quickly flooded and fast muddy) - Roads in impasse and without channel of run-off of rain water (difficult to make U-turns) earthen paths and gravels become impassable, a quagmire - ground slightly sloping and lower plots quickly flooded - Access river impossible strollers - ramp access unstabilized land steep slope dangerous for all and above all old people (I had to pick one that had fallen). Plots ridiculously small mobile-home rentals (only a vehicle can park there) - Fields of football and volleyball: I wonder: poles and nets, that's all., In flood zone so full of holes and bumps. No tv room - TV is in the bar behind the counter so not easy. Only 1 table football - 1 pool table (in the bar) - 1 table tennis table in concrete - Playground for children basic enough but it exists - and ball court as in all campsites - In short, average judgment but not catastrophic for those who are not demanding -friends who had rent the canvas bungalows were very disappointed (hot day, cool at night) and adjoining the sanitary- Rest that the tariff is in the standard but others land (mm category) for the same price offer a little better especially on the animations and external services

The animations were .... located in sampzon the camping du Chassezac is very welcoming our accommodation in caravan was well seen the large space to settle there, the heated pool is very good, the animations are quite to our taste, we spent a very good stay and the bosses are charming

after 5 hours of driving with a 14 month old, to be repressed like dogs !!!!!! saying that the heavyweight was going to ruin their land, by the way, did not need us for that ... a shabby pretext, impossibility to make them hear whatever ... no possibility of finding an arrangement .. .reservation made on the net, and cashed in .... to limit on their principle .... in the end camping camping for our greatest pleasure because we found a campsite at 1km with much cleaner and noisier location (less morose ) we will never put a foot again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a great holiday in camping. From my arrival I was very well received by the boss who is extremely kind. Despite the storms of this summer sanitary facilities are extremely clean. The only bad thing is the pool is small but still nice and if you look bigger there is the river. Had a great holiday at the campsite. Of my reach I was very nice. Despite the storm of this summer's health are extremely clean. The only positive thing was the Semi pool which is small but is still good.

A place that I particularly appreciate in the campsite is the river which is located in the bottom of the campsite with shade, it is a quiet place where you can relax, practice fishing, swim, and take pictures of the sunrise / sunset ... The campsite is located off the road, it also provides security for children. The staff is welcoming, warm. The mobile homes are in a very good condition, very clean and very functional. The bathrooms are also very clean. I have been to this campsite many times, including last year with my family and 2 friends (16-17 years), and everything went well. We had fun.

The Chassezac is a campsite set back from the main road which is safe for parents of small children. Petanque, pool, bar and various games, and the river where you can rest in peace! And then there is entertainment for all ages ... mobile homes and tents are very well maintained, as well as sanitary, which is not always the case in other campsites. The owners are friendly and attentive to all, whatever the problem! To recommend and discover! ...

The Camping Le Chassezac is very well located, a lot of outings possible both sporting and to visit the villages. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Diversified animations and for any public. Young regulars are sociable and welcome your young people in trouble. The little extra comes back to the snack bar or eats very well for a price more than reasonable I recommend it to families and young people

The location was spacious enough to put his car and two tents. The pool was unheated despite the directions from the campsite and you could not have fun because there were too many rules. The welcome to young people is deplorable we are directly stuck and we have to be monitored at all times. The animations are not very interesting and the animators are not any more. Sports equipment including the football field and volleyball are not maintained at all. This campsite is monopolized by retirees who make their own law. We strongly advise against young people looking for entertainment.

nice bosses, well shaded camp-site small swimming pool without children's paddling not so heated that, animation null, no game children the height for a camp-site 3 stars the toilets are clean, the river is well except the access for a family with child in very low age because the descents are in land and cracked by storm rains 1 only place where there is a bit of concrete put to the ladle. outdoor parking too small can accommodate a dozen cars (too little) quiet camping the day but sometimes noisy at night with the return of the young people of the river who are alcoholic. In some people the campsite has hardly changed since 20 years.it is really a lack of ambition of the bosses even if I find them nice it is really necessary that it is put in question so that they improve the camping for the families and not to think that retirees the ideal would be to create a space for the little ones with conflables swimming pool, swings, toboggan etc .. little things that will not ruin do decent access concrete river worthy of the name for strollers, wheelchair etc ... also ca will not ruin put animators trades and be less old game because the disco nights is good, but the evenings with music of the moment it's more in the wind when the snack is not terrible for the same price better to eat at the e xtérieur. cdt

Camping Le Chassezac is located near all the canoe kayak departure which is convenient when you want to go on a ride. The pool was very well maintained, for perfect moments of relaxation. Note that the welcome on the campsite was very nice. We had a great family holiday in the ardéchoise!

The Camping Le Chassezac is ideally located to visit the different sites of the gorges of Ardeche: Balazuc, Labeaume, Vallon Pont d'Arc ... Direct access to the river, where swimming is a delight when the heat reaches the 34 °, is a valuable asset! Our location was large enough to accommodate our caravan and igloo but also to park the car next door while keeping a space for lunch outdoors in front of the awning. The pool, open from 10h to 19h30 was always very clean and heated to 26 °. The welcome on the campsite was cordial. Possibility to buy fresh bread and pastries every morning on the spot. The proposed animations were varied for interested small, as the big ones. Friendly hosts! Quiet camping day and night: the owner is careful by asking young people to go down on the banks of the river after 23h to respect the sleep of all. The plus: a snack restaurant on the campsite run by Philippe, a chef with a big heart, since he comes to make the season in France from May to September and then goes back to Nepal with the profits that are donated to his association to bring out poor children and abandoned streets and schooling! We enjoy our mussels / fries evenings and enjoy our pizzas with a double satisfaction! Large family: 5 children from 5 to 15 years, everyone enjoyed the stay here!
