The campsite Bois Simonet is located in Joyeuse Our mobile home was impeccable and the plot had enough space to park the car The home on the campsite was great. We arrived in advance and were very well received. The camp leader told us directly that she would do her best so that we could quickly have the mobile home because we were tired of the trip by car and an hour after we were already doing the inventory of places of entry. The entertainment for adults was rare but the atmosphere was always good, especially at the pool. We did not take advantage of the activities offered at the kids club because ours was too small but the older ones seemed to have a good time. The on-site catering was great, especially at the theme nights. Famous evening mussels (and mussels fries we know that we belgians ;-) .... I really recommend this campsite. Wait anyway for the songs of cicadas and croaking frogs who give their heart to the night.

Terrible !!! You must flee the campsite in the evening until 23:00 !!! Even the beds are shaking !!! And the owner is in bad faith saying it's up to you to check what you book! Great as customer relationship !!! I will not come back !!!

- We booked from Friday to Sunday, instead (at the last moment) you decided to postpone from Saturday to Monday without any change from us. - These are not wooden chalets that you propose, they are bungalows, it must be specified. - False joy for us, because we thought that there would finally be the atmosphere with your evening foam, she never did. (Forget?) - Groceries always closed. - Upon arrival, cleaning was not done, and the ground was peeling. - Let's talk prices, in addition to paying the bungalow, it must also pay: .35 euros TV .2 euros internet (which more is limited) .60 euros the household .8 euros / person 30 minutes of inflatable jacuzzi ( at this price put at least a real jacuzzzi) .4 euros the purchase of the equipment to do ping pong (no possibility of renting at least?) - Otherwise the pool was good.

Very nice welcome, charming bosses and anxious to their customers, impeccable staff, we appreciate to see them working in a good atmosphere, In the campsite people are respectful of others no noise after 23h The cleanliness of the campsite pool cottages are perfect! Not to mention the snack or there are among others excellent pizzas I recommend Le bois Simonet to the whole family! Thanks again to Jerome and Carole for their wonderful welcome ....

I am very sensitive to your remarks and I am sorry that you have been "deceived" about camping. I remind you that a bathing supervisor is not mandatory in a campsite and that, in this case, children at the pool are under the responsibility and supervision of parents. For the comfort of everyone, the balloons and big buoys are rather reserved for the river which is 10 minutes walk. The quality of bedding is one of our priorities and we renew one third of our mattresses each year. I'm surprised you did not come to tell us when we wanted to because we would have solved your problem immediately. The campsite was awarded "Camping Qualité" with a rating of 9.7 / 10 and it is not a coincidence. Actually 3G is not present on the campsite but in the village of Joyeuse. Camping is under the pines and some phones do not pick up depending on the operators ... All this is beyond our control. As for Wifi, it is present on the entire site ... Again, I am surprised to learn this dysfunction. As for the presence of dogs on the site, you are not unaware that dogs of the 1st category are prohibited in campsites ... for the safety of all. You who seem to be sensitive to safety, you have just "forgot" to declare on your contract the 2nd dog that you had in the cottage which is a staf !! Dog of 1st category forbidden in the camp-sites ... As for the dog of the campsite which is 6 years old, he is the "mascot" of the children (Labrador) he is surrounded by children all day long and has never eaten anyone. ... Customers who have witnessed your scene have not yet come back from your bad faith whether on the terrace with the mojito that did not contain enough rum to your liking or with your dog who had nothing to to the campsite (because not declared) and moreover not muzzled! ... I strongly encourage you to read the rules practiced in the campsites during your next vacation to avoid any misunderstanding.

The cocktails of the bar costs 5 euro (it's water) to serve a drink wait to 45min unbelievable but true, the husband of the manager has no respect he is rude gets carried away easily . The wifi works once on 6 and cuts every 10 minutes there is no network and 3G does not pick up if finally at 3, 4 kilometers from the campsite. The mattresses hurt the back of the cousins not any padding so no use. All the dogs must be on a leash except of course mika the dog of the campsite who walks around him without a leash, he rode around the mobilhomes and made sure that he wanna ATTENTiON Dog gets old he bit our puppy aged only 3months is very unpredictable even with children. The pool is small plus you can not swim quietly, buoy balloons are forbidden and there is no supervisor or lifeguard in case of incident no supervision. I strongly recommend against it you will be disappointed it is small there is nothing nearby, you need the car otherwise you have to love to walk long. he has much better camping in the area

Camping Bois Simonet is located in Joyeuse. Our mobile home was clean but small. The pool or water park was blah, the paddling pool was icy for children who have the right to nothing The reception on the campsite was ... authoritarian, it's worse than the army with banned everywhere Animations were .... null led by a band of retarded teenagers.

And the service of Leah and Ashley who have not declined in quality compared to last year, we were very disappointed this year by: - the entertainment (though 4 animators instead of 2 last year, we could have expected something else but) frankly very mediocre. Besides, will have to tell me if Jerome is animator or under director because it rubs serious on Carole. - always and again this great interest to the regulars (4 families) (to wonder if they do not have actions in the campsite! because they can and do what they want) - a Carole at the command of his small army but neglecting his "clients" especially campers! Even when leaving, is it just if she wants to see us again? No question about our stay, our opinion ... nothing (despite all the money left at the bar-restore in 3 weeks!) Ah yes! we were on the campsite side and not side "village-chalets" !!!! ... Equipment side for a 4 *: - always a single water point for the sites - always little light in the bottom of the campsite - a clean pool, ok, but a simplicity (by no means an aquatic area as can be found in other 4 * corner) - a little diversified catering with a cook and his wife (yet very nice and helpful) who skipped in the middle of the season just like the substitute shortly after (Carole le Dragon effect that does not support that his little beloved customers are disappointed?) In short, the list is long. But if I still see an almost perfect score from the label "camping quality", I will not consider more absolutely their opinion on camping sites! Now if you want tranquility, calm and cleanliness ... no worries. For children's activities - teens - adults, forget it! The price is not worth the candle! Camping Bois Simonet is located bof for access to the river my super for tranquility Our mobile home was ok The pool or the water park was super clean etc (respect to Carole to have imposed the layer we had dared for our part I think it was beneficial to all for the rest of our holidays) The welcome on the campsite was great a director always listening and nearby and well shoulder by Jerome too who takes his job very heart and its important for us thank you to all the team and to them especially The animations were great with as usual a jeje which even the boat with kindness and elegance thanks to him to be as nice sociable with us hoping really the found the l next year for everyone's pleasure ....

quiet campsite, staff very very welcoming. The cottage was clean, functional and well located. For the resto, the dishes were varied, chef and waitresses with the ptit care. Chef nino at the top !!!! The grocery store was varied and regional products sold. Animations at the top, congratulations for the choreography of the little ones and pool at the top. We want to come back as soon as possible !!! Would not change a thing !!!!
