Camping Le Wagelrott

The campsite Le Wagellroot is a municipal establishment in the municipality of Erstein located 20 minutes south of Strasbourg and 20 minutes from the cities of Celestat, Obernai or Lahr in Germany. You will stay on the edge of the city with the countryside and streams as neighbors.

Whether you are an annual resident (195 locations) or a tourist for a few days (88 locations) you will have grassed plots delimited by hedges of vegetation to spend a stay in privacy. A toilet block with hot showers and toilets is open to all campers who are not equipped, there is also a drain point for motorhomes.

On site you will find a launderette, a snack bar with terrace, a mailbox, a freezer for your ice cream. Entertainment is provided for children and adults and the refreshment bar sometimes comes alive in the evening. The city center with shops, cinema, restaurants, museum is 1.5 km.

Athletes will spend on basketball and volleyball courts and table tennis or bowling. Many streams pass around the campsite, you can then rent canoes to survey them.

On site a stretch of water with concrete edging as a pool and beach as the sea awaits you. The space is monitored from mid-June until the end of August, you can leave your children safely. At 400 m is the municipal swimming pool with water slides and relaxation area (sauna, fitness ...), children and parents will find their happiness.

The proximity to the Rhine Plain and its canals promise you beautiful bike rides without any difficulty, bike paths are flat and easy for all levels. Take a few kilometers to discover the Black Forest in Germany.
