Know-All-About-Camping

The 3-star campsite Le Mouretou, located close to Valleraugue, in the Gard department, in the Occitanie region, welcomes you for a stay in a friendly atmosphere in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, at the foot of Mount Aigoual, on the edge of the river of Hérault.

In this family campsite with direct access to the river, you can stay in mobile homes equipped for 4 to 6 people, in one of two comfortable cottages that can accommodate 2 to 4 or 5 to 7 holidaymakers or in more unusual rental namely a canvas bungalow, a Canada Treck tent or a Bivouac cabin on stilts, not having toilets and composed in particular of 2 or 5 beds. There will also be shaded pitches, installed in terraces, with or without electricity, to receive your tents, caravans or motorhomes.

As for sports, leisure and relaxation, you will enjoy on-site a heated swimming pool, a playground for children, a ping-pong table, a petanque field, bicycles for rent and the river or pond adjacent to the campsite to practice fishing, swimming or canoeing.

You will also be offered many activities during the two high season months such as creative workshops, theme nights and yoga sessions.

Finally you will not miss anything at the food level between the bar-restaurant with the good dishes, pizzas and snacks to eat on the spot or take away, the service of breakfast and the grocery store with its local products and its bakery space accessible in summer.
