Camping Le Layris is located in Campan Our mobile home: no contract if you want to install one year, the owner can ask you to go out at any time, if you are not cash. Electricity at 1 euro per A per day and 3.5 euros per day for water. You must pay a tourist tax per day. 150 euros per month for one person + sanitation tax of 3.5 per month. electricity is not the norm, nor water. In short: a green hell! The swimming pool or water park: non-existent The welcome on the campsite is: unfriendly, you are watched from morning to evening The animations: none

Description of the campsite

The campsite Le Layris is located on the town of Campan where flows the Adour and its invigorating water descended from the Pyrenees mountains. A few kilometers from the spa town of Bagnères-de-Bigorre you will enjoy its facilities, including its baths.

The establishment is a simple and friendly place in full greenery. The pitches for your tent, caravan and camper are installed in tree lanes more or less spaced to benefit or not shade. The place is equipped with electrical connections and water supplies. There are also pitches dedicated to motorhomes.

One of the strong points of the camp is its proximity to many hiking trails. On site you have easy access for paragliding, fishing and cycling and mountain biking. The surrounding municipalities have many other more or less sports outings. On the program: canoeing, horse riding, swimming pool, golf, mini-golf, skiing, tennis ... The Pyrenees natural park offers breathtaking landscapes where nature is in the spotlight.

The town of Bagnères-de-Bigorre located 7 km has various thermal establishments for your well-being, quality care is provided. There is also the Occitanie Museum, a casino and several restaurants.

The valley of Campan leads you directly to the cable car of the pic du Midi Bigorre so go dare to take altitude to understand what is the chain of the Pyrenees, you will feel tiny in front of this immensity. For less sensations go to Lourdes to admire its magnificent sanctuary.
