"HORRIBLE and INADMISSIBLE"

HORRIBLE AND INADMISSIBLE! The staff is haughty and incompetent. Pool for little frost, cold showers. When we ask for explanations we answer "be happy, it's hotter than the sea" and they send us to see the technician, is it our job to contact the technician during our holidays? After a complaint to the management it comes to two to tell us that there is no problem. That the problem of the showers to last a single day, 5 min after it is 2 days ... and this just for the adult showers. They contradict each other for everything. When we ask for an apology because of their behavior, this one answers us that it is "the mode of the customer king, to demand discounts for everything and anything"! Although the home manager remains professional in his behavior (without providing a solution), the girl with false eyelashes is allowed to comment, getting upset moreover! Shut up, miss, and let the people at least take care of the tasks that are beyond you. After this bad exchange, I tell them that their internet reviews are not good and that they are convergent, that we are not the only ones to complain about the reception staff, the pool and the showers, which they answer " no, it's the fashion of the client king, we demand rebates for everything and anything "! We pay for a service, we want the expected service! Which is not a fashion but normal. For proof, I share you the internet reviews of the last weeks, proofs of my good faith. Not to mention the presence of rats at the kitchens, a simple shrug to correct it ... (not had the time to take a picture but a girl did it and I hope it will publish) . Only positive point, the animation, safety and the person of the supermarket. But for the rest, run away! If the welcome is not your forte, and if the FAMILIAL camping concept is not respected, do not do it! It is unacceptable to say that 11 different people have a problem. I RECOMMEND this campsite "4 stars", the service is worth a -4 stars. Too bad, FUY QUICKLY !!! 🏃♂️💨

Camping La Croix South 4 * South welcomes you for your holiday by the sea in Barcares in the Pyrenees Orientales. To you the holidays the holidays feet in the water! The Barcarès beach is only 600 meters from the campsite.

The campsite welcomes you from April to September. A wide open season that can be explained by the particularly mild weather in this region at the gates of Spain.
