"Disappointing"

After a successful stay 4 years ago, we were happy to return to this campsite. We rented a Natura tent. We found on our arrival that the zipper was defective, impossible to close the tent, which is also cracked in several places. Problem we reported when we arrived on Saturday. After 5 days of complaint, we have our answer, it is a defect of manufacture ... 630 euros the week in defective tent, it is a little expensive paid. Nothing is proposed to us, we return on Saturday to the reception, we propose a weekend out of season, we refuse, we live 7 hours away, too just for a weekend. We are therefore invited to change tent, which we accept. Unfortunately, the second tent is as dilapidated as the first. This more sanitary not always very clean, except those of the reception, the cleaning of the hirings between the various customers very summary, and the absence of state of the places on the arrival as at the departure, leaves us a bitter memory. We have the impression of being abused, we paid the high price of a 4-star campsite (5 today?) We joined the management by mail. We receive a voucher of 1 week in mobilhomme, unfortunately it is valid only "out of season", so we inform the direction that we can not take advantage of the offer because we are a family with 3 children educated in primary and in college. The answer is that we can use it during the April holidays but only in their Pyrénnées campsite. Unfortunately, having no vacation in April, I still can not enjoy it. We receive a response from the director of cybele campsites: the clauses will not change, so it's up to us to make ourselves available, not to them to find an arrangement in our favor. That said, it also offers us an "exclusive" reduction of 15% on our next stay, offer that we find on the site of their campsite for all the old customers. So I answer that gentleman, and there, silence, politics of the ostrich, no answer. In front of my repeated emails, the director deigns to answer me: We are and will never be satisfied, whatever he does, that nobody would have offered us what he offered us, he does not want any more to offer us, and the offers we received are no longer valid. Indeed, no one has ever compensated us by making an offer we can not take advantage of. I replied to this email, I tried several phone calls, but no answer. That's all the consideration we received from the management of this campsite, which I recommended for years, but I do not advise anybody ...

For the 3rd time I stayed at the campsite and as each time it was very nice the campsite is large well maintained sanitary and pool are nickel Mobil home and tents are in new and very functional clean. The pool is perfect the friendly staff and available childrens spaces are acessible and safe. The entertainment is very good and we are very well informed I find the value for money very good and accessible to all budgets. I will come back again!

Located in Brem sur Mer in the Vendée region, the 5-star campsite l'Océan offers its guests a relaxing and active holiday. New 2019: Huge outdoor playground from 1 to 14 years old, steam room with free access and charging stations for electric vehicles!

The campsite Ocean offers its guests a huge water park of 1000m2 with indoor and outdoor pools. The water park is constantly heated to 29 ° C for even more fun and has a large slide to buoy, a slide double tracks, a pirate ship, a whirlpool, a river against running, goosenecks and massage benches. The little ones will be able to have fun in the paddling pools with water games at their disposal and which ensure laughter and security. Many activities are proposed for the whole family with sports tournaments as well as theme nights. Everyone can also enjoy shows offered by the Ocean campsite. Children will have the opportunity to join the mini-club that invites them to meet and enjoy fun and varied activities. Around the campsite, they can ride electric bike, horse, paintball or tree climbing.

The proposed camping pitches are shaded, sheltered from pine trees and oaks and make it possible to install your tent, caravan or camper. The sanitary facilities available to campers are completely new and have solar water heater. For even more comfort, mobile homes are available for rent and can accommodate between 4 and 8 people depending on the model. They have an equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom. And for those who want a total comfort while having a contact with the nature, equipped tents are available and very comfortable.

Not far from the campsite, holidaymakers in search of places to visit will be able to go to the Ile d'Yeu, on the island of Noirmoutier or the salt marshes and the forest of Olonne. At 1 hour from the campsite is also the Puy du Fou, voted best amusement park in the world.
