this is the first year we are going very good home we had a problem with the tele director came very nice repair within 10 min he offered us 2 entree for the balneo plus the household at departure my children are in a hurry to report next year the only concern is the price must be expected

Camping Yelloh! Village - Sylvamar is located in Labenne-Océan. Our mobile home was veillissant and SALE. The pool or water park was overcrowded and hygiene more than questionable. The welcome on the campsite was very nice. The entertainment was great, especially for the kids. Superette very expensive and poorly stocked. It is better to go out and go to the small shopping center of the campsite LE BOUDIGAU located nearby.

it's been 4 years that we go on a folding trailer site nothing to say, we are still happy with a very good atmosphere !!!!! and we will return if all goes well !!!!

Camping Yelloh! Village - Sylvamar is located in Labenne, 5 minutes by bike from the beach (20 minutes walk I think) Our mobile home was well equipped, in very good condition and very clean. The bedding was of good quality. The pool or water park was very clean, perfect for having fun with your kids until 10 or 12 years old. The welcome on the campsite was perfect, a lovely and very responsive team. We had two small problems with our bungalow (an electric break and the hob that made the soul). They intervened in just 30 minutes with efficiency and the smile and more! The animations were very good. The team is very friendly, shows every night are good. The supermarket is well stocked, fresh bread every day. In short, a very good stay in this campsite that I recommend to families with children from 3 to 12 years.

Camping Yelloh! Village - Sylvamar is located in Labenne Our mobile home was clean and well equipped, nothing to say except that the number of pots and / or the size do not allow to do a lot of cooking but the holidays are not made to cook! The pool or water park was very good, however, the toilets at the pool are not the cleanest and the surveillance at the sunbeds is too lax. Dozens of chairs are empty for several hours and reserved with only a towel or towel, which can not use them. Better surveillance would be welcome at this level because from 11am, in case of a beautiful day: there is more trnasats available. The welcome on the campsite was correct. fresh bread every day and small supermarket well stocked.

It all started well though. Arrival under the sun around 14:00, fast and pleasant reception. Our mobile home is not available before 17:00, we decide to enjoy the pool in the meantime. And there first disappointment: not enough beds, lagoon too small, too shallow. Can not swim in the over-crowded pool. Surveillance is more than lax. The toilets of the aquatic complex are very dirty (we will see later that the passages of the maintenance teams are not frequent enough). The gates of evacuation of the lagoon are covered with a greenish deposit which gives little desire to bathe (there also, the maintenance is limited to the line of water ....) Then comes the moment to take possession of our housing ... And there, bad surprise! The mobile home, rented for the modest sum of 2,200? the fortnight all the same, is revealed in pitiful state. The outside gives us bad impression (broken shutters, broken door support ..) but the interior leaves us speechless: holes in the doors, interior table smashed, 4 chairs that seem to have been eaten by dogs or others .. dirty shower and mildew, shower hose unusable (completely broken, the person who is supposed to have cleaned it does not have to use it .....), dishes SALE, musty and stale smell. If the cleaning had been done before our arrival, it had to be limited to washing the floor !!!!! The mobile home was dusty. The worst was waiting for us: the bedding! One of the child mattresses was in good condition. The second, which had been covered with a CACHE-MISERE cover, was in a bad state. The mattress in the adult room was stained and smashed. The dishes were mismatched (including a NUTELLA glass and twisted cutlery) and not suitable for a family of 4 (so try to cook 4 steaks or fish fillets in a pan of 20 cm diameter !!!!). In addition, the pans were dirty. I immediately went to the front desk and asked to see the manager. The latter told us not to be able to assign another mobile home, the campsite is complete. He seemed little concerned with our problem. He did not deign to move to see our saying. He just sent us a person from the maintenance team to carry out some repairs: changing the shower hose, repairing the doorways of kitchen doors that threatened to fall on our heads ...) We had 1 bottle of wine and 2 entries for the SPA .... !!! And we did not see him again during the whole stay !!!! We had no choice but to settle in this mobile home. We frequented a number of YELLOH VILLAGE campsites and until then we had always been satisfied with the quality of the accommodations. We never had a bad surprise and always praised the quality of the accommodations. I want to clarify that the mobile home booked was not in the range of cheaper !!!! So we spent our first night scouring the mobile home and the dishes. We have of course realized photos and a video of our accommodation and will transmit it to the booking center YELLOH. Otherwise, we still appreciated the dynamism of the animation team, very involved. The animations are varied and interesting (also for children's clubs). Overall, the staff is very nice. Good impression also of the restoration (quality / price very satisfactory.) Overall, the quality of the accommodation is really inadmissible for a camping 5 stars !!! We paid very dear for a quality that we might as well have had in a 2 or 3 stars !!!

We rented the chalet with mezzanine for 6 people great chalet a lot of space around unlike some rentals or we are all on top of each other security service after midnight camping very quiet. entertainment during the day and evenings of good quality animators very nice mini-markets and catering on site small shops at the end of the campsite and markets 3 days a week beautiful beach 20mm walk pool nice but very hard to get 1 sunbed SPA fare a little expensive .... in summary very good camping we will return

We chose this campsite at yelloh village by the photo of its water park that we see everywhere on the internet. Arriving we were already a bit chilled as we thought the water park was much bigger. Must really pay attention to photos: !!!! short otherwise we could do our shopping at the supermarket which is not bad and have bread every morning and the restaurant is very good. It is a campsite otherwise very expensive. It has 5 stars but not for its service that we found very average. Our accommodation was a bit cramped but the grounds were large enough not to be on top of each other. By cons we were on each other in the pool and we had never sunbed. Another thing we paid our 2 weeks a fortune and in addition it was still paid for the SPA, it's a pity to make expensive prices and not to include everything!
