Know-All-About-Camping

Camping des Grottes is located in the heart of the vineyards of Burgundy between the towns of Macon and Chalon sur Saone equidistant from Dijon and Lyon that you can easily reach through the motorway located 20 minutes. You will stay on a natural site bordered by a river that hosts the campsite, the pool and the caves of Azé.

The establishment has 77 locations divided between trees and hedges with the possibility of connecting to electricity.

In rent you will choose between Lodge tents or wooden huts. The first are of high quality and have 2 bedrooms, good bedding, a kitchen and a covered terrace. They welcome up to 5 holidaymakers. The wooden cabins are equipped for 2 people with a terrace that invites to bird watching and squirrels.

On-site snack bar is open with drinks, ice cream and takeaway. Level services there is wifi, laundry facilities, a bread deposit, a barbecue area and freezing ice breads.

A large outdoor swimming pool with a swimming pool and a paddling pool are at your disposal to enjoy the Burgundy sun. Children will enjoy the playground.

Several sites are to visit in the vicinity. Start with the caves for which you will have free admission. You can practice hook-riding, horse riding, hiking with marked trails, climbing and fishing. Make a few kilometers to visit Macon, Tournus, the castles of Cormatin, Pierreclos or the abbey of Cluny. The must is of course the wine route to discover the vineyards of Burgundy.
