"A fake 4 stars."

After coming 6 years in a row, I was unfortunately disappointed in my last stay, which will be the last! I booked the same mobile home as the year before, and by phone I was assured that this reservation was validated. Off when we arrived, surprisingly, we were placed opposite to the planned location, and to a place in the shade from 11am. At the reception we were denied any changes, without any explanation. While the mobile home originally planned was still free. What a thank you after all these years of fidelity! In addition, the cleaning deteriorates from year to year. Do not be a neat maniac when you do the inventory. The pool, supposedly heated, is still cold. One of the paths to access the beach is not indicated, it takes imagination to discover it. Finally overall this campsite does not deserve its 4 stars. Whether at the level of restoration or animations. Here you have to choose, during the booking period. Campsites are not lacking in this region.

Camping Les Dunes is located 900m from the sea, the pleasant beach. Our mobile home was on a good location, quality but the rooms too small (idem for WC) Too bad the terrace was not covered at all. The pool or water park was ok. Too bad there is not a deeper pool (max 1,80m) insufficient for adults of large sizes. The welcome on the campsite was satisfactory. In the evening very long bar expectations. The reflection of a lack of organization. The entertainment was not always up to 4 stars. Goodwill but lack of experience in some.

The 4-star campsite Odalys Les Dunes is a family-run establishment located in Longeville sur Met in Vendée, in a green setting on the edge of the forest.
