"A family friendly campsite"

Camping Les Chaumes is located between ST Jean and Notre Dame de Monts We are lucky enough to always have the same mobile home, close enough to the entrance. We are beginning to be known must say ... No pool or attractions certainly, but the campsite has only few locations (40 I think) but superbly held. It's clean and calm. Even people who have big means come there: the reason is simple, it is the camping family where one knows oneself without polluting, one pays attention to the others especially to the children. In addition, it is 100 m from essential shops (supermarket, bakery, ...) 500 m walk from the beach. In short, I'm there with my family. And go there.

Know-All-About-Camping

In the Pays de la Loire region, the 2-star campsite Les Chaumes awaits you from early April to the end of September, in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, Vendée, 750 meters from a sandy beach, the beach of La Tonnelle .

On the grounds of this family campsite on the Côte de Lumière, you can stay in mobile homes equipped to accommodate 4 or 4 to 6 holidaymakers, including among others a TV and a terrace with garden furniture, or equipped with your caravans and tents, on bare, semi-shaded and delimited sites, provided with electrical connection. Note that the campsite also offers the sale of mobile homes and the rental of residential sites for owners of mobile homes.

On site, you can enjoy a covered aquatic space - built just recently - with heated pool, paddling pool, jacuzzi and solarium, a fun area for cabbage, bicycles available for rent, a table de table tennis suitable for friendly tournaments, a petanque court and a communal self-service barbecue.

For your meals, you will find only 50 meters away there a small shopping center with bars and various restaurants that will satisfy all your desires!

From this quiet campsite to the friendly welcome and close to the bike paths, indulge in the pleasures of the seaside activities like here the inevitable gable fishing, visit the nearby Ecomuseum Le Daviaud, Biotopia or the Jardin du Vent and re-energize for the year through the surrounding landscapes alternating salt marshes, blue horizons and green forest!
