"TO FLEE"

Par cathy le Sat. 13 Feb. 2016

The general impression is that of a campsite abandoned. Upon arrival, we are greeted by an open dump, vestiges of camping facilities and worthy of a car break. The owner receives us outside on what is difficult to call a table. Our mobile home 70s is dirty and dusty. The campsite, on the side of a mountain that snews along a brook, is dangerous: the edge of the void is not secure and the campsite is not lit at night. The vegetation has taken over the sites and the light does not reach the bungalows. The attraction of the week, making bread, smoked us; the lack of hygiene did not encourage us to participate in the making of bread. The owner is rude and absent. Camping outside of all regulatory standards, I am surprised that it is still open. Looking forward to never come back. The DGCCRF should control this kind of establishment.

"A campsite that respects nature and the camper"

Par reznor345 le Game. 27 June 2013

ideal camping to re-energize Simple, well equipped, we feel very comfortable without being subject to commercial attractions The minimum is provided by a very nice baker 3 times a week A fresh water very large A campsite or everyone is free It even for those who are followers of a beautiful naturist area with a natural ballad and fresh water to get refreshed short is a campsite to try and we come back

We are hikers of Tourism and Leisure of Carcassonne who spent 5 days at the campsite for the holidays of Ascension 2013. We were the first to occupy the places after the winter and it is clear that the campsite had not been prepared to welcome us.We therefore have reservations about the quality of what we found. This campsite is in a beautiful natural setting deserves to be highlighted and better maintained because the whole seems neglected. In terms of accommodation, chalets or mobile homes are very unequally equipped and cleanliness is insufficient. The electrical installation and sanitary are to be reviewed; some did not have hot water during the whole stay. Another surprise was the variation of some rental prices (upwards) compared to the rates advertised on the website. This campsite has tremendous potential, but we think it is absolutely necessary to make improvements. We had several meals at the cottage La Trobada in Escaro run by Céline and Jean-Pierre. We would like to recommend it because the welcome is very warm, the atmosphere friendly and the traditional cuisine excellent.
