Camping Le Castellas

Beautiful water park, children liked the pools with water slides, this is our second time in this campsite and it is always nice for children. Space overall well maintained, the staff of the restaurant is very nice. In passing the price / quality ratio is correct.

The campsite Le Castellas is located in Sète by the sea Our mobile home was very good, but not big enough for 6 people The pool or water park was great, very clean but not enough sunbeds.By against very large pools The welcome on the campsite was very very good and very attentive The entertainment was great especially in the evening, beautiful shows The kids club was not great because early in the season, it was not open all day. We were delighted to have stayed at this campsite. The view is just beautiful, nice beach and green surroundings all around. Side animations, we had a trendy stay, activities for all and a pleasant atmosphere. The mobile home was good too we were satisfied with the service. We will definitely come back!

I left last summer with my wife and my 2 sons, week when the little ones had fun, the aquatic area with swimming pool and pentagliss is just top! So, we could enjoy quietly with my wife a week between the terrace of our cottage, the beach, bike,? In short, we ended up in love, children preferring to go to the kids club. Frankly, we will come back, thank you!

Once we did, we shifted our stay because of a professional emergency of my husband. So we landed here at the end of September for a short week. Well thought out campsite in the heart of the sandy beach of Singulière Island? Heated water park, multi-sports fields, games room? The infrastructures and the equipments will put you in full view. But the main asset of Castellas is the warm welcome and the friendly atmosphere provided by a helpful and attentive team, and totally crazy animators! The kids were full of fun with the bouncy castles, the pentagliss and ping-pong competitions. Little regret, we did not have time to discover the region, outside the splendid Gallic Village of Ensérune? We were told about The Camargue, the Cap d'Agde, the vineyards of Listel? The next stay is already scheduled!

There is a good-natured atmosphere in this campsite. It is frequented by quiet families, so for us it is ideal for our daughter who could play with children of her age. What to say about this place except that it is beautiful! Endless expanses of beaches and sun all day long. Besides the campsite has direct access to the beach, no need to walk for miles or take the car to get there. The mobile home was chic and well equipped with TV and kitchen. The bedding was clean and cozy. Frankly, for our first time, we were pleasantly surprised. In fact, we plan to come back next summer!

We were decided, we had to make these holidays, without husbands, children or parents! And the choice of place, I admit, took a lot of time, but it was worth it. When we arrived in the middle of the afternoon, we suspected that the wait would be long and endless, but surprise! We were in our mobile home after 20 minutes, the places were clean, swimming pools and showers included. We could not get bored with the variety of activities on offer, aqua gym, petanque, archery ... my sisters and I particularly enjoy the long bike rides. We stayed at the Castellas for 3 weeks 08/2013. We knew this campsite well because we had spent 20 summers there when it was run by a local family. Our opinion is therefore more than objective. Upon arrival, we were directed to an area (the campsite is divided into 4 areas). We were greeted by animators who handed us the keys of the mobile home. We enter the mobile home and we must do the same inventory: housekeeping sparse (stick of Eskimos found in the parents' room, the ladles of grime on the doors, an improper socket (children's room and still not reattached after 2 complaints and 3 weeks of vacation), a garden chair completely broken (a new chair was given to us after 2 complaints and 3 days (but we were told that we had not had to insist the first time time, for sure we are 6 people so only 5 chairs are enough! (The vacationers are taken for morons!), the refrigerator not very clean and too small for 6 people and minimalist crockery. The next day we had return to the reception with our inventory: an hour wait with 4 people to welcome the arrival of Saturday and Sunday.The staff of the reception listens but nothing is solved (for proof I sat sté to complaints from other campers very funny mobile home asked already assigned or the opposite of the desires issued to the reservation, refrigerator out of service). The most glaring change in profitability per square meter: mobile homes everywhere even on the old parking lot of the shopping center: no tree so no shade! The caravan sites are scattered, tent sites have been created near the new entrance of the campsite (very little shade and vegetation but a lot of noise (main axis of the campsite) 1st balance sheet: 1000 sites on 24 hectares = 5,000 to 6,000 holidaymakers: A CITY The entrance has been modified in favor of a greenway along the 15 kilometers of sandy beach between Sète and Marseillan Plage, but in return, all the shops have been centralized. at the entrance to the campsite, the campsite being quite long, holidaymakers must travel up to 1.5 km to get a baguette (so many cars come and go on the main alley and not always 10 / h! In conclusion, I will say that this campsite is not what it was: the maintenance of the sites, the reception, the disposition, the security and the listening of the vacationers are to be seen again! Many holidaymakers were disappointed this summer. Profit is not eternal and in these difficult times, the choice will be made quickly? The price of mobile homes being excessive in view of the negative points, we can find better elsewhere and cheaper. Village center is a group of financiers !!! (No longer a campsite but a money pump) The advantages of the campsite: the proximity of the beach, the greenway QUALITY / PRICE: 5/10.

Bungalow in zone 4 A on an unpaved road. a storm and you walk in the mud. No place to play for children or unsecured games, no floor suitable for the fall. No light in the late evening. you cross vehicles bicycles and you walk in the dark with your young children and your stroller. Bungalow too far away from the shops and the pool. you must take your vehicle to go with young children. Zone 4 not suitable for the family. Between zone 1 and zone 4, there is a world and a total lack of respect for the traveler. it is a real problem that this campsite spreads so much because you have the impression of being punished. Fortunately, you go directly on a beautiful sandy beach with a beautiful sea. You have very dangerous places if your child falls. The Camping Village Center-Le Castellas is located in ... Sete, facing a large beach geographically but no direct access to get out of the campsite and access to the beach, 1st access to 7, 8 minutes. Our mobile home was ... 7.8 minutes from the grocery store, 10, 12 minutes from the reception and 13, 15 minutes from the pool, it was located at the edge of fields and just behind in a lost corner of the campsite (limit as if we had done the wall) next to the fields, behind the fields there was roadwork every night, so a lot of trouble sleeping The pool or the water park was ... very average The reception on the campsite was ... Home leger and departure very badly organized, camping much too big and departures and arrivals at the same time. For all reasons I do not recommend this campsite. We arrived at the Castellas with fears so much we had read negative reviews ..... In fact, very good week and we will come back if possible. The kids (2 teenagers) loved it. The welcome went well, not too much waiting despite the impressive number of arrivals .... Small downside however on the cleanliness of the mobile home ... The staff is friendly, as the supermarket ... .Friends friendly and spend well with children ... The music stops at midnight, it's cool ... the beach we were told with broken glasses is very clean and really close (less than 150 meters from mobile home ...) No noise at night and the feeling of being well protected by an omnipresent security service ... it happens to hear a little train .... but it's really not a big nuisance.
