for short, all that is wrong: toilets very very old and wcs without glasses (we are on a 4 star) baby toilet space little inviting, inconvenient, always very wet, sink bath very low location without grass, rainy weather it's very annoying the good things about the situation with regard to St. Cirq Lapopiesi you walk (it goes up anyway), similar to the towpaths conclusion: if you go in tent and you're used to Other 4 stars you will be disappointed, but if you just want a proper camping without more no problem. For campers it's a nice campsite.

Know-All-About-Camping

The 4-star campsite La Plage is located at the foot of St Cirq Lapopie, classified site of the Lot.

At the campsite, children will enjoy a playground dedicated to them with slide, climbing wall, nets and rope bridge. A trampoline accompanies the playground to the delight of children. They will also enjoy an inflatable structure available to them. Holidaymakers can choose among the activities offered within the campsite with volleyball, ping-pong, and petanque. The privileged location of the campsite along the river will allow fishing enthusiasts to indulge in their passion, but will also allow canoeing or pedal boating. The campsite's restaurant offers a menu combining traditional brasserie and traditional cuisine with typical local dishes. The selected products are fresh and some come from organic farming thanks to local producers' farms. Delicious home-made pizzas are on offer and can be enjoyed as well as washed away.

For families wishing to spend a most comfortable stay, the campsite La Plage offers for rent mobile homes and fully equipped chalets, which can accommodate between 2 and 6 people depending on the model and have rooms, a lounge with a bench, a bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet and a terrace with garden furniture. Electric heaters are present in the rentals and TV can be requested. The campsite La Plage also offers lodge equipped tents, with bedrooms, equipped kitchen and covered terrace, all on stilts.

Around the campsite, those who would like to discover the nature of the Lot can do activities such as horseback riding, canyoning or speleology. Unmissable places such as the Caves of Pech Merles, the Castle of Cénevières or the Phosphatières are to discover in the Regional Park.
