"A campsite to avoid"

Hello, We spent 2 weeks camping at the pond Merle. I want to express my dissatisfaction. Indeed the dam has been broken for 2 years so for summer 2014 we were entitled to an empty pond? fishing and swimming impossible, but the pond full and water activities are well highlighted on the site, it is false advertising. In addition the campsite is not maintained: games for children dilapidated and colonized by mushrooms? gas bottles are not changed: on arrival no hot water (super with a 2 month old infant and a 3 year old girl?), with flexible gas to change before 2011. of course I'm going to claim a gas bottle but the reception was closed (as often during the day) the manager preferring to rest in his cottage: I took that of a neighboring bungalow that lasted 2 days? Also our shower was clogged (it can happen) but despite many requests to the manager nothing has been done. When garbage cans that overflow and are emptied 1 time in 2 weeks ?. no animation for adults and children as indicated on the site aquadis? it is a shame that a campsite with such potential is so neglected. cordially.
