I am disappointed enormously, because the mobile homes are dirty then there is no security for the children in the pool, my children have fallen several times (5 times the next I'll see him in the hospital?) I had a problem to go back from the waste water STRONG smells to vomit for 5 days I'm going to see her she tells me we will repair her ... The team have gone several times they have seen the problem but no one has done anything - thing until I'm screaming Can not sit on the terrace for 5 days I pay why? Is it the holidays? To avoid sincerely I made 800km I called the campsite in view of the negative reviews to reassure me the person confirmed me that there had been problems but as the owner had changed everything was in order. The roads to go filled with holes, way for a car only while double sense The campsite not welcoming at all no trees bushes concrete is the desert No inventory no signing of contract against the arrival I was signed a kind of discharge in case of accident in the slides and pools because a lot of accidents ... not super reassuring Jai ordered by phone a mobil man air conditioning dishwasher ect I arrived with a simple mobile home very dirty (spoon not washed, pan with rest of dough, 4 chairs for a mobile home 6 / 8pers ...) electric son who walks, stuffed objects, mobile homes glued to each other without grass and trees only concrete The pool much smaller than on the picture And I'm on the way ... Result I asked for a refund and found myself without anything at the last minute May I preferred that spent a week at the bottom dan s the end of a village lost in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately found a campsite in Narbonne 4 stars beautiful for 100th more. The person at the reception told us that the day before a lady did like us. The girls offer the refund directly they must be used because they do not even move to see the mobile home The barriers are open. We arrived on August 8, 2015 at this campsite. The mobile home was not clean and not in very good condition. The roads inside the campsite are full of huge holes and as soon as it rains big slush. The mediocre animations. The pool very pretty photos but in reality it is in need of a total reconstruction when the indoor pool is shabby. Camping does not deserve its stars and very expensive for benefits. One night we had no water to shower because too many people at the same time. We were told "oh yes it happens sometimes".

This campsite is a scam. His landscape is a vacant lot and is not enclosed (anyone can enter). It is located near swamps and overgrown with mosquitoes. A sanitary block is condemned in the middle of the campsite: it is dangerous (access hatch to gaping pipes, old rotten furniture lying around ...). There is no shadow or almost; the mobile homes are on top of each other. The pool: small and very dirty ridge grills. Animation: the site says spectacles: these are skits played by vacationers; Nice but 3 weeks and 3 times the same !!! The music: always the same and it starts at 9:30 in the morning! Snack not welcoming. Bread payable in advance !!! Pancakes 2 times a week !!! a tip: DO NOT GO

This campsite is much too expensive for the services offered there, non-existent restaurant (pizza served in its cardboard drink), grocery store no better, nothing fresh just to go to the cafe knowing that the village is 2-3 km they could still make an effort. The pool is much too small and narrow for the entire campsite. The surroundings after the rain have never been cleaned result of the mud in front of the entrance to the pool. Mobilhome quite correct, clean and in very good condition but poorly positioned, however no tree, full of mosquitoes. Unfortunately for them no sense of service in this campsite, we had to wait 2 days to recover a light bulb and impossible to have a table and chairs in suplement while the account was not good. I also rented a house, then the 0 ... a disaster, between the smell and furniture nonexistent, it is a shame to rent it 980.00 euros per week. here in short I will not go back !!!
