"A campsite that does not respect its commitments"

I do not know how is this campsite and would never know it. I booked the week from September 8th to 15th, unfortunately my husband got sick in the meantime and we had to cancel. I had already paid for everything and, since I had taken out the cancellation insurance, I warned the campsite, 8 days before we could not come. Since then, we are waiting for the refund. We were told that the check was signed on the 11th, since: nothing. I send emails, I do not answer. I wanted to keep this address for another time, but there, I do not want to go because I do not find it very correct to keep people like this from waiting for a case of force majeure.
