Holidaymakers wishing to discover the Var and the Côte d'Azur will be able to visit key cities like Fréjus, Roman city and seaside resort. This city has many remains to visit such as the Roman Amphitheater, the Porte d'Orée, the Aqueduct and other cultural and historical sites more or less recent. The Gorges du Verdon are accessible and allow to admire the magnificent landscapes offered by the largest canyon in Europe, with a depth of 700m. It will also be possible to follow the Gorges to Lake St. Croix and canoeing. Former junction between Gaul and Rome, the city of Puget sur Argens is a must for anyone wanting to discover the heritage of the region.
