I do not even feel like we're talking about the same campsite! I went there for 3 years, even with a group of disabled people quite self-sufficient. The pool was ok with a supervisor constantly. Activities every day from the baby to the old. Certainly there are no concerts or other in the same campsite but every day and evening, it is proposed activities and the evening a different concert to go, you have to cross the pedestrian street and this street becomes the traders who all go outside. As for surveillance, there are security guards who monitor and make rounds in the campsite and for the restaurant at the entrance as you say, the boss chose his cook because he worked with great gourmets. The staff is nice and friendly. When sanitary, they have cleaned morning and evening, the incivility of people is not the responsibility of the campsite, they will not put a guard behind every sanitary door! in all the camping, there are planchas at disposal, there is a playground for the little ones. archery, tennis, petanque, laser rifle shooting, I practiced yamakasi, canoeing, water aerobics, treasure hunts for children ... I just feel like you Want to make a bad pub or are you looking for the med club? You are not there. The camping is very good and they continue.

Camping Le Maubuisson is located near the village which is convenient for walking and doing some shopping. The reception of traders is also rather pleasant. Our location was not so bad as there was shade and no mosquitoes despite the many pissed off water in the campsite. On this subject, it is better to love the singing of ducks ... The pool is very small and ... in the shade from 14h ... The small bath (a paddling pool) normally reserved for small is regularly "squatted" by the teenagers (aggressive limit with the children) obliging the parents and grandparents to make the policeman in the absence of supervisor. The welcome on the campsite was correct, nothing more. Camping to use as a "base camp" when you want to visit the castles of Bordeaux for example but to avoid as a holiday resort ... The campsite itself is very dirty, old facilities date back I think the 70s. Let's talk no sanitary condition and pass on the incivility of campers that does not help the case ... (one morning, WC found smeared from the floor to the ceiling of faeces ... and I do not exaggerate anything nice for people who clean ...). Many caravans are placed in the year on the campsite which gives a negative impression: dirty caravans, land cluttered with all kinds of things (empty bottles, trash bags, rubbish ...) And what about the bar at the entrance ! a repulsive dirt ... Anyway ... not great!

Camping Maubuisson is a small corner of paradise in a large wooded park 100m from the sandy beach of the lake and 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean. Located in Carcans, in the Gironde, it is ideal to immerse oneself in the historical heritage of the region. An aquatic area with outdoor pool is available.
