The campsite La Castillonderie is located in ... Thonac Our tent was ready for the pond The pool or the water park was ... closed The reception on the campsite was ... well The animations were ... closed The club child was ... closed. In the month of April it is normal that there is no entertainment. But we were disappointed to wade through the slush all weekend as the water flowed continuously. We were told that it was because of the showers that had fallen before our arrival but we think it was a leak. In addition the pond to fish is not to fish you have to be honest! In the tent the gas plate works poorly as well as the coffee maker. In spite of any owner clean sanitary cleanliness and for a weekend in the green it is very beautiful and resting.

Know-All-About-Camping

Camping La Castillonderie is a quiet and friendly family campsite, in the middle of the forest, located in Thonac, in Dordogne. It is on the edge of the pond and 2.5 km along the river. It is close to the tourist sites of the region (17 km from the medieval town of Sarlat and 7 km from Montignac-Lascaux) which makes it an ideal starting point to discover the historical and natural heritage of the Périgord Noir. It has a water-relaxation area with a heated swimming pool and a steam room and offers many activities inside the campsite such as volleyball or ping-pong. Nearby you can go horse riding 3km and even paragliding 5km. Many activities take place for children and adults to fully enjoy the holidays.
