Camping La Bastide

The 3-star campsite La Bastide in Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, in the Gironde department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, welcomes you to spend quiet and relaxing moments in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, by the river Dordogne.

In this campsite pleasantly located along the river, you can stay comfortably in fully equipped mobile homes for 2, 4 or 6 people, with a covered or semi-covered terrace with garden furniture. Your motorhomes, tents and caravans will be able to occupy shady or sunny sites, with or without access to an electrical connection and a water point.

For fun, the little ones can enjoy a playground while the older children can shoot or point on the petanque field. All can meet and refresh in the outdoor pool and bask in the sun on the loungers nearby after swimming. You will also have at your disposal a playroom with television and the most connected of you will be happy to have easy access to the wifi.

Nearby sites will allow you to practice many sports and leisure activities such as fishing, hiking or cycling, canoeing, horse riding, tennis or golf.

At only 500 meters from the campsite, in the center of the 13th century bastide of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, you will find restaurants, cinema and all kinds of shops as well as a local producers' market, known as one of the most beautiful of the country, every Saturday morning.

From this bucolic campsite on a human scale, visit Saint-Emilion and admire its troglodyte architectures, discover the medieval city of Sarlat and its Carolingian abbey or take the road to the vineyards that dot the area!
