The campsite Camping de la Plage is located far from the beach contrary to what the beautiful pub says Our mobile home was in an average state with no parking near The pool or the water park was invaded by drunken young people The welcome on the camping was good at the beginning, as long as the problems were not the animations were nonexistent, except the rave party The toilets are dirty The manager does not trust his customers

Know-All-About-Camping

In the South West of France, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, in the heart of the Landes, the 3-star campsite-club La Plage welcomes you in Mimizan, just 1 km from the golden beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.

At this campsite close to the ocean, you can stay comfortably in mobile homes for 4 or 6 people - one of which is adapted for people with reduced mobility - chalets for 4 holidaymakers or safari lodges without sanitary facilities 2 or 4 places, all flanked by terrace with garden furniture. In addition, your tents, motorhomes or caravans will be able to occupy pitches in the shade of pines, with or without electricity, or sites specifically intended for motorhomes.

For entertainment and fun, there will be an aquatic area including heated pools, paddling pool, waterslide and jacuzzi, multisport, beach volleyball and petanque, a playground for toddlers, ping pong tables -pong, a climbing wall and bikes for rent, a wellness center with steam room, sauna, spa and various treatments and a surf school during the months of July and August.

In summer, you will not be left out either at the level of animations since the camp-site has a club-child in the morning, proposes many friendly tournaments to the teenagers and sessions of fitness to the adults and organizes regularly themed evenings and festive.

Finally, there is a mini market, a snack bar and a takeaway service.

From this campsite located 300 meters from the city center, indulge in water sports or cycling along the sandy beaches, discover Biscarrosse or Arcachon and go to meet the landscapes of ocean, lake and forest of the Regional Natural Park of Landes de Gascogne!
