Camping Banana Eco Camp

The campsite Banana Eco Camp is close to the town of Angra Do Heroismo, on the island of Terceira, in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores.

200 meters from the Atlantic coast, the campsite is located in the very heart of a banana plantation, for a change of scenery guaranteed!

The chalets and tents are wooden, equipped with comfortable mattresses and connected to electricity. Although the campsite is surrounded by nature, you will find all the comfort you will need: the communal kitchen is fully equipped, there is a real toilet and the showers have hot water. Parking is free, and the campsite is equipped with wi-fi.

Upon waking, enjoy the tropical landscape and the magnificent view. For breakfast, you can enjoy bananas, avocados and papayas left at your disposal. At the end of the day, you can enjoy a good barbecue on site or relax in one of the hammocks while admiring the stars.

The place is very well located: you can easily visit the towns of Angra do Heroismo and Sao Mateus, by car or by bike (a bicycle rental service is available). Among the activities offered: surfing, sailing or horse riding.
